Swedish Championships 2011 Kläppen

It was time for the Swedish Championships in Snowboard: Halfpipe, Boardercross, Slopestyle and Big air 7:th-10:th April!!!! a very intense half week!!!!
It went in Kläppen-Sälen!!!!
An amazing week!!!!! Ended up with 2 silver medals and 1 bronze medal.

Day 1: Halfpipe (8h30- 18h30)
For the halfpipe I wasn't prepared because I only had 3 days for this season of riding BUT IT WAS SO FUN TO RIDE THE HALFPIPE!!!!! It was only happiness shredding this fun pipe!!!!!!
For the quali I didn't feel like my runs were so good but I still was very happy to be able to ride this pipe! Only 4 were qualified for the final.
I made it to the final so I was so happy for It!!!!

On my first final run I fell on my first hit so I was very sad about It.... But for the second run I played safe and did: Bs air, fs lien, bs tail, fs mute, bsmute, fs 360, cab 360, alleyoop lien. It was enough for a 3:rd place and very very happy!!!!!

Day 2: Boardercross (8h30-18h30)

For the boardercross, I was just exciting to try the boardercross cause It was years ago I competed last time! But during the evening my knee hurt a bit and wasn't sure I could take all the hard landings the course had. But I decided to be with my super best friend Lina and support her for the contest! I tried the course during the training without jumping and decided to compete after all, the course seemed to be lot of fun!

After the quali I was in the 5:th place.

It was time for the semifinal and the best of 2 gets to the big final: and believe It or not but I made it! I was really stoked about It, I really had to ride fast and big because the girls were really good!!! And I can tell you that It was crazy hard for my body to work in this course I was so tired after the semi.

For the big final It was so fun because I finished 2:nd after a really hard fight in the end with Catarina !!!!! So happy about It and such fun this day I couldn't believe what happened! My super best friend won the contest so we were so happy both of us!

Day 3: Slopestyle (8h30-18h30)

A very long day and very windy and long waiting for the contest to begin. I was so tired and with no energy left. they cancelled the contest at 17h00.

Day 4: Slopestyle (8h30-18h30)

This day I felt better than day 3 but still really tired and so happy for the 2 medals I got so I fell no pressure. All the girls were so good!!!! It was so nice to see!!!!! I was too tired to ride and was a bit worried for my knee so I decided to have really fun instead and jumped in the middle kickers and be happy shredding this wonderfull fun course with a great set up: straight rail, 2 kickers, halfpipe, box!!!!

There were only 4 girls going to the final, so my goal was to just do a happy run formyself: 50-50, bs 360, fs 540 , fs lien, bs air, fs 360 cab 360.

And I made It to the final crazy because the girls were so good!

For the final I stomped my first run so for the finalrun 2 I really wanted to try a mc twist (in the halfpipe contest i didn't got the chance to try It) and did It, a miserable try but I was so happy to ride and shred with my wonderfull friends that inspire me every day!!!!

And to make this week even more great I got the 2:nd place!

Nitro Snow fight!!!!

It was time for The Nitro Snow Fight in Falun!!!!!
Malin and I drove with Malins Clio from Sälen to Falun (Johanna's Cribb)!!!! And It was a really nice evening with just girl talk!!! hehe!
The next day we rode to Källviksbacken in Falun.
IIt was so sunny and warm!!! and the shapers had just shaped the jump!

During the training the guys had some trubbels to make It to tha landing, so It was sketchy. but for the quali they had some salt on the kicker and It helped a lot!

The girls were shredding hard, everyone of us were hitting the big kicker so It was a really fun day!
My final run was a bs 360 and got on a 3:rd place so very happy about It!

The hole contest was great!!!! And really fun to ride & Hang out with the girls!

PBRJ Kläppen Sweden

The Peanut butter came to Sweden in Kläppen and It was wonderfull weather the hole day!!!! It was a really fun and good contest!

The area had 3 rails: down rail, down-flat-down box and a down-flat-down rail!
It was a 20 minutes sessions and you had to ride all of them! there was many girls and was so happy to see how all of them shredded so well!!!!!!!

I did a boardslide to fakie on the down rail & boardslide to switch 5050 on the down-flat-boxe so I'm really happy about those tricks! I got 4:th and really stoked cause the rails arn't what I 'm use to ride and It's so fun to improve during a contest!

Nikita Chickita Scandinavia 2011, 2:nd place!!!!!

Hey!
This weekend, I went to Hafjell (Norway) for the Nikita Chikita Scandinavia contest!!!! I got a spot from Nikita Chickita Sweden.
We stayed in a new house and the appartments were so nice! I was surprised to see that one of the girls I was staying with was an old friend , Aslaug, we met in Mammoth Mountain 2007. So it was really fun to hang out with her again! :)
The first evening we had dinner/meeting at the Lodge! A really nice place. I was happy to see that there were so many girls :)
The first riding day we were unfortunate because It was so windy so you couldn't make It to the landings. But I had fun anyway, I was riding the hole day!!!! :)

The contest day we were so happy to see that the wind was gone!!!!! and I had such god time riding!!!
My final run was: switch boardslide to fs boardslide fakie off, cab 360, cab 180, fs 360, bs 360, method air on the corner.
I got 2:nd on the constest and was so happy, the girls were riding so good so I couldnt believe It!
Thanks to Nikita Norway for a really good weekend! and Thanks to Nikita Sweden for the opportunity to go to Hafjell!

Åre Nikita Chikita Camp!!!!

This weekend we were in Åre for the Nikita Chikita Camp!!!!!
It was awesome weather!!!!
The first day we had -23 C so cold but the girls were stoked!!!! So we ride the hole day!

On friday It was a lot warmer in the slopes and the girls ride so nice!!!!! lots of spines on the red kickers!

On the picture you got my friends Marie Malin and Nikitas Matilda!!!!!!

On the afternoon, after the riding we got down to town to the skatepark and the trampoline!!! Lots of fun!!!! The girls impressed with their spins and flips!!!!

Malin, Marie and I had our last day on saturday and the group went to the top of the hill to watch Anja Pärsson compete the World cup! the afternoon we were in the park shredding the boxes/rails lots of fun!!!!!

Before saying good bye to Snygg Åre we went to Max for some hamburgers and then 6 hours in the cars we got lost only twice so happy to be back in Sälen!

The girls are stoked and the park was great today, It was snowing the hole day and soft :)

Slopestyle TTR2 Chillinvitational Gesunda

I was in Gesunda this weekend and did the TTR Slopestyle contest "Chillinvitational" and came on 3:rd place!!!!
I'm really happy about this and the girls were really good!

Hey!
It's time for me to start my blog so here I am!
The season started in Tärnaby in November and It was great, I got to ride with my best friend Lina and did well at the Slopestyle contest with a 3:rd place!

I got back to Sälen where I live, and It's been great: Lindvallen and Tandådalen had great junior parks from the beginning of November! :)

I filmed in Tandådalen in the beginning of the season, It's only a funny part but It was great to film and ride!

It's been a lot of riding since then. Tandådalen, Lindvallen and kläppen opened their parks before the end of december! You get spoiled here!
In the beginning of January we filmed in Lindvallen and Kläppen, first time on the jumps really funny but really cold :)
